First things first, we wanted to tell you a little bit about our story so far. Behind the scenes is our family, the Laveracks. We’re a true Yorkshire butchery bunch. Butchery is at the heart of everything we do; our family has been in the business for more than 150 years now and we’re the fifth generation. 

We wanted to add another tempting option onto our stores, giving customers throughout the UK the chance to have our amazing products… which is why we created Dry Aged Steak Co.

From the offset, we wanted this online store to sell one of our favourite and most popular, products, dry aged steaks. Here, we dry age the meat individually for 40-70. 

With a field-to-front-door ethos, we’ve spent the past year working with neighbouring farmers and Yorkshire auction markets to source grass-fed, locally-reared cattle. We’ve perfected the dry ageing process, which reduces the moisture content of each cut, creating a taste and texture sensation which really is like no other.

Head to the online shop and you’ll have the choice between weekly or monthly dry aged steak subscriptions. Simply select the option, and quantity, that works best for you. 

And it gets better. Rather than sending you the same cut for each susbcription, we use our butchery knowledge to select the best cuts the day we post out each order. Not only does this mix things up, but it also means you get to cook and tuck into cuts you may not have tried before.
