What’s in my box?

Your box contents will change every 4 weeks and include seasonal steaks along with information on the steak, cooking advice and serving recommendations. If you've opted for weekly, you'll get the same contents for 4 weeks, and then your content will change. This may vary depending on the date you sign up.

You’ll get an email with confirmation with the new contents every 1 or 4 weeks once payment has been placed.

How do I manage my box?

To manage your account please contact our team via email. Please state clearly what you would like to pause,cancel or add and one of our team will get back to you within 48hours.

When will I receive my box?

You will receive your first box on the next available delivery date for Subscription, usually this will be the closest Friday. You'll get an email after you make your first purchase with the delivery date on it, and then each time your box recurs, you'll get another email with the next contents and your next delivery date.

Your subsequent orders will then arrive every 1 or 4 weeks from the date of your first delivery

How often can I get these boxes delivered?

Our Dry Aged Steak Co boxes are available for delivery every week or 4 weeks, depending on what your needs are. You can amend your frequency whenever you like by emailing our care team at info@dryagedsteaks.co.uk 

How does it work?

We are focused on providing you with the best hand selected Dry Aged Steaks with our subscription boxes, you’ll receive varied selection of our butchers choice steak to your door, every week or 4 weekly.

All you need to do is purchase a subscription from our website from the Subscribe page and use our simple checkout. You’ll be guided through and once your order is placed, you’ll get an email from us confirming your subscription. You’ll also get an email confirming the first delivery of your box, and then an email every 1 or 4 weeks to let you know your order is on it’s way.

Our meat will arrive with you in insulated packaging which is designed to ensure your fresh meat is safe in transit for up to 60 hours.

Within our boxes, you can expect a variety of different steaks all aged for different lengths of time from different breeds and species and we encourage you to explore different recipes and cook up a storm in the kitchen.

Can I order additional products with my subscription?

Yes, you can add items on to your order by following instructions sent my our email marketing team. Any additions must be received on the day the box recurs to ensure we have time to produce your request.

How do I cancel my box?

You can cancel your box at any time. We take payments and create orders approx. 3 days prior to the order being delivered. Once the order has been generated and you have your order confirmation, you cannot cancel that box. If you do cancel your box after your box has been generated and confirmation has been received, the cancellation will apply to your next renewal and beyond.

What do I do if I need to amend my delivery or card details?

You can manage your box easily online by clicking the link MY ACCOUNT. You’ll be asked to enter your email and then given a passcode to access your account. We must receive these updates before your next recurring date. Once a box recurs, we cannot make amends to anything on the order. Any changes once the box recurs, will apply to subsequent recurrences.

Within your account section you can amend your details.

How do I gift a subscription box?

You can check out our gift option via our Gift Page on the website.

Can I change which box I am subscribed to?

You can change the box you're subscribed to within the MY ACCOUNT section. You can log in to your account by clicking the link MY ACCOUNT the change your subscription from there. There will be a drop down of all available boxes. You can also contact our care team for support. You can email info@dryagedsteaks.co.uk

Can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your box at any time. Pausing a box does not cancel the box for an ongoing basis. Once you pause a box, the box will automatically reoccur in the following period. You’ll get an email once the subscription has restarted.

Within your MY ACCOUNT section you can pause or amend your subscription.

When is my payment made?

Your first payment is taken immediately and then for the subsequent boxes your payment will be taken 3 days before the subscription is due for delivery, on the day the subscription recurs.

Should there be an issue with charging your card, we will reattempt this up to 2 times and may attempt to contact you on the phone. If we fail to take the payment, your subscription will be cancelled.

Can I apply a voucher code to my order?

Yes, there is an option when you click to purchase a plan to use a voucher code. Only stated voucher codes will work on an order.

We’re working on allowing refer-a-friend discount to work on subscriptions but currently, this can only be used on our one-off products.

How much will it cost?

The prices shown on the website are the prices you’ll pay – we’ve covered delivery for you. Our subscription boxes are outstanding value, and by subscribing to the meat boxes, you will make a saving on products.

How much steak is healthy?

The NHS recommends the following: Meat is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals in your diet. However, if you currently eat more than 90g (cooked weight) of red and processed meat a day, the Department of Health advises that you cut down to 70g, which is the average daily consumption in the UK.

Dry Aged Steak Co are working hard to reduce the plastic that is used in packaging – from the box your food is delivered in to the wrap that surrounds it, we’re reviewing everything to ensure we don’t compromise the quality of the meat but deliver the food in a more sustainable way
